Phoenix architectural conservation limited is a family business. Managed and run by father and son, Andrew and Sean O’Boyle.
Andrew O’Boyle
Trained as a stonemason for
English Heritage at Fountains Abbey in 1982. Andrew has over 30 years
experience as a stonemason, having worked on all types of stone
buildings and structures. He has had over 20 years running his own
companies and managing companies for others. He is a well respected
figure in restoration and conservation and is highly regarded for his
workmanship, his integrity and his passion for quality.
Sean O’Boyle
Trained as a stonemason in 2006 at
AOB masonry under his father Andrew O’Boyle and some of highest regarded
stonemasons in the area. Sean is one of the rising stars of his
generation of stonemasons with his Knowledge and understanding of
restoration, his attention to detail and his innovative ideas.
At Phoenix our aim is to provide a Quality professional service from
large multi-trade managed projects to smaller domestic services. Every
project is delivered with the same attention to detail and the same
passion for quality.
We have carried out many restoration projects on
cathedrals, churches, stately homes, country houses, ancient monuments,
bridges and private dwellings.
With an expert understanding of traditional building methods and materials and a long term relationship with carpenters, glaziers, roofers and lead workers we are able to offer you a complete restoration service and are able to undertake even the most demanding of projects.
